Examples Of Custom Maximizer Dashboards

In the example, we are showing Joe, a Maximizer user his weekly and yearly activity that can be viewed by himself or Management. This assist’s Joe in gauging and tracking his progress to reach management’s goals.

In this example, we can see Joe’s performance based on products sold to his customers. This can help him gauge his progress towards meeting management’s sales quotas for various products sold on a weekly basis.

In this example, we expand the data and show two Maximizer users, Joe and Lou, and have their weekly activity displayed for easy viewing by themselves or Management. In one consolidated dashboard, they can quickly get an overview snapshot of their staff’s performance for the week without the need to run multiple reports to analyze the data. The data provided is updated regularly throughout the day automatically.

In this example, we have an enhanced Maximizer’s Activity report; including Company and Contact information for displaying the notes and providing the detail of each note.

In this example, we have a Sales report by state. Of course this could be just as easily by Salesperson, Product, Territory or other meaningful reporting unit.

In this example, we have a report of Maximizer timed notes. This shows the company and contact information as well as the number of notes and the total time of notes per contact. This can be very useful for billing purposes or to track the amount of time spent with specific tasks/projects per contacts or companies.
